1. Create your account — you get a 7-day free trial automatically.
2. Complete company onboarding (trade, size, currency preference).
3. Add employees and their certifications with expiration dates.
4. Log inspections and SDS documents your crews use on site.
5. Use OSHA logs for recordable incidents; verify before any filing.
6. Subscribe from Settings → Billing before the trial ends to keep access.
