1. What we collect

Account details (name, email, company, trade, company size) and the safety / compliance records you enter (employees, certifications, inspections, OSHA-300 logs, incident notes, and any photos or voice notes you upload).

2. How we use it

To provide the service: store and display your records, send certification-expiry reminders, and power AI-assisted features you choose to use. We do not sell your data.

3. AI processing

If you use AI-assisted features, the relevant content (e.g., a hazard photo or voice note) may be sent to a third-party AI provider solely to generate the requested result. These features are optional.

4. Storage & security

Data is stored in a hosted PostgreSQL database. Passwords are hashed. We take reasonable measures to protect your data but no system is perfectly secure.

5. Your choices

You may request access to or deletion of your account data via the in-app help section. Deleting your account removes your records.
