1. What OshaTrack is
OshaTrack is a software tool that helps small contractors organize employee certifications, safety inspections, OSHA-300 logs, and related records. It is a compliance-tracking aid, not legal advice and not a substitute for a qualified safety professional or attorney.
2. No filing with OSHA
OshaTrack helps you prepare records and export packages. It does not submit anything to OSHA on your behalf unless live electronic filing is explicitly enabled for your account and a confirmation ID is returned by OSHA. Until then, filing remains your responsibility via the official OSHA ITA portal.
3. AI-assisted features
Some features use automated / AI assistance (e.g., hazard suggestions, voice capture). These are aids only, may be inaccurate, and must be reviewed and verified by you before you rely on them.
4. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for meeting all applicable OSHA and other legal obligations. You agree to use the service lawfully and to keep your account credentials secure.
5. Disclaimer & liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, OshaTrack is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for penalties arising from missed filings or inaccurate records.
